PADI Bubble Makers - Kids Course
Give your child the opportunity to experience scuba diving under the direct care and supervision of a PADI Instructor and take their first breaths underwater in the Pool!
Our course runs for half a day and is held in our local heated pool in Kawakawa. Children must be 8 years old or older and comfortable in the water.
Course Details:
- 4 hours
- $150 (includes gear hire)
- Includes your Bubble Maker crew pack with Towel, toy, logbook and certificate.
Parents are encouraged to come along and watch the sessions or your are welcome to leave them in a safe hands. If they have their own wetsuit then bring that along !
PADI Seal Team - Kids Course
Following completion of the Padi Bubblemaker, children are invited to complete 5 Aqua missions to become a certified member of the Padi Seal Team. Each aquamission session is taken by a qualified Padi instructor and is held in the Pool .
Aqua Missions are fun ways for children to learn scuba skills just like the adults.
PADI Jr Open Water Diver Course
If you are aged 10-15 and are ready to learn to dive, this is the course for you. Dive Zone runs the best course in Northland, we keep our course numbers small and spend 4 comprehensive days teaching you everything you need to know about becoming a diver. The PADI Open water course is for beginners who have no diver experience but are looking to get their first diving certification.

8-10 Hours of online learning completed in your own time before the course begins.
Certified to 12m max depth
This course will change your life, It will be your first experience blowing bubbles underwater and we can tell you now you will be amazed with the underwater world.
